- Managing the tech piece to make sure web-pages, email databases, email broadcast blasts, list building, social media, affiliate links, JV contests are all in simpatico.
- Suggesting “stick rate” systems to increase customer satisfaction and decrease refund rates. The refund rate in the Internet Marketing world is usually 10% for a solid product with a good sales and fulfillment process.
- Coaching you for calls with your Merchant Account rep.
- Supporting your JV’s/Affiliates.
